for those with reformulation questions, it comes down to this; it’s the IFRA. they set the guidelines that brands must follow to stay compliant. a lot of brands have had to reformulate/change the alcohol percentage as the IFRA has deemed some ingredients to be no longer compliant, mainly due to allergies

That’s what I heard too, but the recent one that I have I believe it’s just a matter of letting it sit and mature, then formulation issues. It is a niche fragrance.

My only question for initio is, why they changed % alcohol all initio lile side effect from 76% to 80% alc.
