Profitability for lands bought outside the city is also NOT guaranteed. I invested in Suvarna Bhoomi, Shad Nagar in 2012 for 10 lakhs. Unfortunately, the managing partners fought and the land's salability is questionable, let alone generating profits. So, everything regarding that plot is in suspense.

Salaried class people should invest in tier 2 cities where they would finally settle as digital revolution in india is multifold, invest in index funds instead as corporate job is always variable , investing in SIP is far more peaceful than having to pay an EMI
