Good question! The answer is yes and no. The available quantity will automatically update if the order is canceled before the order is marked as shipped. In this case, the reserved quantity will simply move back into the available total. However, once an order has been marked as shipped and the quantity is no longer reserved or on hand, it will have to be manually added back if the order is returned or refunded.
