- Hi friends! Welcome to this video where I show you my favourite pasta dish, it's a super easy pasta recipe and delicious! I only make it for my loved ones, because it's a very dear recipe to me.
Enjoy the chaos in the kitchen, this is just how I cook!
Ingredients:
Pasta (ofc)
1 chicken breast
1 spoon of black pepper, salt & nutmeg
2 big onions
1 clove of garlic
150 gr Gouda cheese
400 ml cooking cream
mushrooms
Preparation:
Cut all the ingredients in small cubes.
Add the onion and mushrooms to the frying pan with a bit of oil.
When the onion gets soft, add the chicken and garlic.
Add the spices and mix until the chicken cooks.
Add the cooking cream and the grinded cheese.
Mix until the cheese melts.
Add the pasta into the sauce.
And voilà! Ready to eat!

Fatima, I live in Italy and actually oil doesn't go in the pasta cooking water. This conception that some people have probably stems from the thought that it might help to divide the pasta, but in reality it has no use for this purpose. This is because water and oil do not mix, the oil floats on the surface of the water.
So yeah, you did great! Except that yes, you have to boil the water first, add the salt and then pour in the pasta
Hoped I wasn't the only one that thought thus was like watching a first-time cheif cook a pasta
Though she did it well regardless, and she said penne very well, I thought she was italian for a second

Cut onion in two pieces and put in water ,after 2,3 minutes you can cut without tears
