Alright i would be honest here. Singtel itself is a good ISP. Never drops internet but there is something which they need to improve on which is the Wi-Fi router they are providing. Some phones like Samsung has poor management for band steering and withband steering on, my phone would get connected to 2.4G for some reason and the connection gets cut out frequently because of the router, no issues with the 5G band. On the other hand, the Askey AP5100W which they are providing would overheat and have High jitter rate without any apparant reason. The network backbone has no issue but i believe it's just the router. Hope they would provide better router like the Asus Wi-Fi 6 for base plans as M1 is providing it for free but on Singtel you have to pay to get Wi-Fi 6 router. Overall good service
