    Many women today don't care for the lives of their children. That is why the blessing of the children is so vital to me concerning my daughter/granddaughters.

    Thank you Rabbi for this teaching. It really brought me back to the Real Focus of being a wife. We often get caught up in the daily worries and little details and forget where our Real Focus should be. And we forget that we are VITAL to the system that God has in success of the family. :-)

    we were taught in Bais Yaakov that Sara Imeinu died when she heard the news that Yitzchak was NOT killed and she died from the overwhelming relief and joy to hear that he is still alive.

    Dear Rav:
    how come a woman wears a man´s clothes, tzitzit is men commandment, how come Sara wore it? I do not understand that opinion. It is not clear. Also tefilin is men commandment.

      Hi . the Rabbi doesn't respond to questions here. However Sara as you know was on such a high spiritual level that she was keeping all of the commandments during that period in her life.

    Dear Rav:
    Also, I do not understand what you say because the father and the family have to give the example to the kids, that is how they learn, by the example more than by the words.... so if Rivka´s family were idol worshipers, they were giving her the wrong example.... I know there are a lot of baalei teshuva that didn´t come from frum families, but.... isn´t the general rule that the house behaviour (parents) has to be the example for the kids? ¿Was Rivka the exception? If it was... ok I can understand, she was special, like Abraham, but is not the general rule right???

    • @trg5184
      @trg5184 7 років тому

      what does Rivka´s "good material" mean? good soul? wasn´t a good soul in his town that he had to go and look for far away?

    Even though women have all this great merit, us men pray thanking Hashem we're not a woman.

    • @breabeyrouti7834
      @breabeyrouti7834 Рік тому

      I heard a wonderful teaching on this recently. Rabbi considered the reason men thank Hashem for not being a woman is to remind men that women are not appreciated and therefore the man must do what he can to lift them up to the position the deserve.
