Here's a dilemma you might find an interesting video out of solving, I'm doing great on cannasugar, but COCONUT SUGAR 😧 it's this oily mass like red bean paste that never quite dries out, I tried adding a bit of raw sugar and it's certainly better, but what a chemistry conundrum! (I'm having better luck with rock crystals from syrup, pretty cool project!) Thank you so much for what you do! 🤗

I don’t really like wood with cooking ( cutting boards spoons utensils) because wood absorbs. But besides the obvious raw meat even vegetables juice can absorbed into the wood Sure you’re washing it but you really can’t get underneath the word layer because it’s porous

You can't. Tinctures are all alcohol based. You can do an infusion with glycerin. A lot of people call glycerin a tincture, but it's really not. You can use most oils or butters to make cannaoil or cannabutter.

Fudge is pretty fussy, I'd stick to the recommended ingredients.

You can make an infuses apricot jam with canna sugar and use the apricot jam in your Chamoy.
