We flew thru Israel airports and security was absolutely smooth, efficient and logical. We had no problems at all, and no one hassled us, no one even asked us anything. American airports and TSA employees here in the US should take lessons from these successful methods.

In my opinion the best technique in the world of Airport security. How true! You don't need to be a muslim to be eliminated from the Airport in Israel. But something really wonderful is how the safe the passengers are. After all, LIVES are more important then ANYTHING. GREAT VIDEO AND GREAT SYSTEM. GOD BLESS!

these guys have got it right, the reason airport security is so bad is because of the overuse of machinery for screening, almost anything can become a weapon in the right hands and a machine cannot judge intent

Ah hell,I would feel 101% safe flying to and from Israel mainly due to the fact that security has to be top-notch/the best from head to toe for a reason!!!On top of that, the Israeli airline "EL AL"would probably be the safest airline security in the world today period!!!

This would NEVER happened in America. We would get torn up so fast by the media as a police state if we tried this.

Instead the TSA checks 2 tour veterans in uniform (like me) in body scanners as well as old ladies and 3 year olds and end up finding nothing but pissed off passengers at the end. And we're not a police state... sure thing lady, sure thing...

Of course, it's ridiculous and inefficent, but then much of America is, thanks to political correctness.

we need this in the US oh wait we can't do that in the US because here its considered "Racial Profiling".

Some people need to just keep quiet about controversy, as the Israeli system of screening passengers works. If you want to stop terrorism, you look to profile passengers and use technology to screen out potential terrorists. If that means inconveniencing thousands of people and intercepting the 0.1% who are terrorists, then I'm all for it if it means lives are saved.

I don't understand why do people complain about thorough security and racial profiling and stuff like that? It's there for a REASON, YOUR SAFETY. If you are innocent, then you have nothing to fear. It's that simple.

El Al is the only airline to fly traveling to and from Israel.

This could not work in the US. American culture says that people have to be nice and politically correct. Israelis are nice but very direct. Being politically nice is way less important than national security. Security might make you lose your flight because of this.
It is a very efficient system though. After clearing security I felt very safe on the plane :)

Why? No invasive searches, just a few questions.

This is what needs to be implimented at US Airports, and it would be 100% safer.

I think cameras everywhere in the airport should be the norm--I'm not sure if they do this already but it sure would help if there were security tipping off ground security a/b unusual behavior--or at least alert the screener/interviewer.

Israel is always ahead in all respects. Our idea of competition is to see how dumb we can be.

This method is basically profiling, which makes things much more efficient and effective, but of course it can't be done in America because of idiotic political correctness.

This is how the human mind works. If you do something and you get lucky because something bad DOESN'T happen then you keep that strategy.
Apparently, it has worked for this airport.
I'm so sick of people getting treatment because of their race and not their actions.
