I think they will buff clock, since his damage is too weak and he does not have enough abilities that could do good damage in the area, he should get a buff at least in damage, because the creator was completely mistaken in calling him the strongest or the best (even if he is a support character, the creator would not say that he is the best)

Simple most of the requirements are almost the same as to get the tri titan 2.0 and mult shards are easy to get I got over 600 of them in chaos endless mode
The upgraded titan clock man need 550 k kill 200 multiverse, 5 multiverse orb , 100 boss shard and need mega shard i forget how much, 65 k gems and 350 k money
