Once again, Adam and his team are killing it by providing such valuable, insightful, and ROI positive information... and all for free! Can't wait to see Owner come to Canada - not a sponsored comment by any means, I've been following this channel for many months as I continue to do research ahead of opening my pizzeria concept in 2026.
Hey there! Congrats on opening up a second location. I’m sure that’s an exciting next step for you and your wife to take for your business. One of the best things you can do to start building a strong online presence early for your new location is build a landing page for it so you have a place to implement SEO strategies such as keywords, food imaging, and direct online ordering. Have you created this already?
Not sure if you have any experience with marketing for bars but that's what I'm involved in so if there's anything specific to that I'd love a video on it
Can you explain ways to get that list, that you will be entering into Facebook for the customer audience, is it Instagram " Facebook handles or is it emails and phone numbers?
I love your content... and as a marketer I will say I agree with 95% of your information. HOWEVER, most owners will NOT be able to implement proper social and email marketing without the help of a consultant. Maybe their making enough money to hire in house, but let's be real, your 30k or 40k marketing coordinator IS NOT a professional marketer. It's highly unlikely they understand all the nuances it takes to market successfully. So even with the necessary tools, I disagree, you can't "ditch you consultant" The good news is, if you pair the right software, with the right consultant, the software fees and the consultant fees wont matter ;)
Great content as always Adam ! Question for you : What would work best between : every day of the week got it's special " food " so something like : " every Monday, it's special Burger Teriyaki day ! " VS : every month it's a different special like " January is Teriyaki month ! " Or should I try both ? Any data or feedback around that ? :)
Hey Ben. Great question! Both approaches could work for different menu marketing campaigns. For example, if you have a special on Teriyaki for the entire month of September, some customers may really love the teriyaki dishes that this promotion encouraged them to try but will no longer have this option the following month and may not stay as engaged over time. On the other hand, if you rotate by day, someone may come in for your Tuesday Teriyaki special and know they can rely on the same special week over week which can lead to a loyal customer who really loves your teriyaki plates. Other promotions may benefit from longer runs like sports related promotions. For example, the regular American football season typically begins in September and ends with the Super Bowl in February. Some restaurants may choose to do a Football themed, season-long promotional campaign to try and win customer loyalty when they need a place to sit down and watch a game with plates of delicious food over the course of a few hours.
