That S+ broad noodle is my absolute favorite, I haven't stopped eating it since I discovered it. I haven't really considered myself a ramen connoisseur but I'm glad we agree on Ah Kuan sesame noodles as the absolute top tier and Indomie with fried egg is another favorite as well.
I've tried it before but the noodles are too thick and rubbery and stick together. Is that supposed to be how they're eaten or am I messing them up? I want to like them as well coz the flavour was good just the noodles are so bad
@@MS-mn9xd When you cook the noodles, try to separate them as soon as they get soft enough, so they can cook evenly the rest of the way, I think that's the key to these noodles. I just use chopsticks to agitate the noodles. I know the texture you're describing because I forgot to do this step one time and it turned out as you described, the noodles were stuck together, and hard and rubbery in those places. When cooked properly the noodles should be silky, slippery and soft, with just a bit of a chewy bite. It's really unlike any instant noodle I've ever tried, it's so much fun to eat I always keep a stash at home. I hope this tip helps improve your experience with it.

Underrated ramen - If anyone really like creamy soup based, mild sea food flavour, oily, little spicy broth noodles i will very highly recommend Penang white curry me. Two brands are famous - mykuali and ibumie. I only tried ibumie but it taste so heart warming. Its very good for a rainy day. Noodles are ok to good but the soup is very very good. Try one time, you may like it.

I really enjoyed Mama and the Tonkatsu you both tried. As FutureCanoe says, they're actually very flavorful. It just isn't spicy. Although Mama does have some versions which do have some spice to them. Was surprised the store you went to didn't have any Buldak!

Underrated ramen - If anyone really like creamy soup based, mild sea food flavour, oily, little spicy broth noodles i will very highly recommend Penang white curry me. Two brands are famous - mykuali and ibumie. I only tried ibumie but it taste so heart warming. Its very good for a rainy day. Noodles are ok to good but the soup is very very good. Try one time, you may like it.
Honestly I really enjoyed this video. I enjoyed your others but this was a great way to continue trying foods but with a change of scenery sorta speak. Hope you do more videos with other people but continue with the faceless screen. Love the comedy!thank you.

I really enjoyed Mama and the Tonkatsu you both tried. As FutureCanoe says, they're actually very flavorful. It just isn't spicy. Although Mama does have some versions which do have some spice to them. Was surprised the store you went to didn't have any Buldak!
