Tarek did an amazing on the kitchen and bathroom. Christina is good but her design same all the time , white kitchen with grey . Tarek threw in something different
At $549k this is the first house I've seen that could be called affordable in Cali. It turned out beautiful but the green narrows the market imo.
Can I just say how convenient it is that they didn't want to spend the 8 grand at the beginning to knock down additional walls but then all of a sudden it's going to cost them 8 grand for a roof repair and a new AC unit?!? Hmmm... Yeah ok
