I'm on awe at how well equipped this vessel is for a 145. IMO this yacht could definitely hold.its own when compared to some yachts in the 160-180ft range. Oh not even to mention the oustanding range. Great vid!
What a lovely vessel. The inside has a timeless décor that you could easily customise with some fabrics to your liking. The sun deck is beautiful, and that sun pad around the jacuzzi! Speechless!!! Love it.
WOW .. she is almost perfect. The interior and exterior layout/design, the colors, upholstery, woodwork in a perfect mid tone color. The only thing I would add straight away is a PROPER gas grill on the sundeck. ;-) I am very much impressed.
First Class video. Would love to see a BTS video of these walkthroughs. Camera movement is excellent. Would love to buy her but Lorenzo B. would probably roll over when I bring several Quart jars of NC Corn Squeezings to put in the wine cooler.

The Black wheelhouse is quite the concept, really. Ought to be an obvious thing, but I never thought of it myself. Makes a lot of sense. And if I'm not mistaken, makes for a far safer workspace. Loving the Sky lounge. Well set out / spacious without feeling empty and underutilised.

How many sales occur in international waters to avoid the tax issue? Although once you bring her back home to Ft. Lauderdale you'll be on the hook for the import duty right? Will there also be a Florida sales or transfer tax levied as well even if you register her as a documented vessel?
I like the idea of a front facing master suite, but it's not that private when you consider the crew going up and down past your bedroom windows. Lovely boat though.
One of the best walk through videos I’ve seen. The Master Suite is exceptional. The view from the owners suite is worth the cost. And the fact you have a private deck is fantastic. I also love that the typical formal dining area is used as a game room. It still allows for the glassed in formal dining area, but isn’t as formal as many boats. I’ve never understood why so many yachts use the space for an elaborate formal dining area, as I prefer to be much more casual when on the water. This one allows the formal space, but doesn’t feel so “stuffy”. I love it! As if I didnt already think Alex was too sexy for words, he walks around with those beautiful bare feet in this video and I’m just speechless. Truly a great salesman, but also beyond sexy!! His wife is very lucky! Thanks Denison for another fantastic video!!
I don't understand why more builders and designers do not put the formal dining are on the second deck. Adding the enclosure is the perfect set up. It really opens up the main salon for something like a gaming area or movie area. Brilliant design on this yacht.
Nice yacht. But have a question regarding the tenders. It looks like that there is space for only one. And what about jetskis and waverunner? Thought yachts have somekind of emergency tender usually. Which can be easily launched but haven't seen it.
Nice displacement yacht, interior looks nice for a 9 year old boat...Has she been surveyed for incresed fuel capacity, and a night gen? I need the range up closer to 5k NM, what % does she run at 10 kts? Can she be sailed to Gibraltar from Florida or Caribbean, or does she require a cargo ride?
Clean lines, but almost Minimalistic in comparison with some other Ostentatious interiors. I find it efficient and Stately. Just a tad Austere for me. After busting my butt to reach this point. I need some Opulence!!
Thank you for showing the technical aspects of the yacht and crew quarters. Those are so often left out of other yacht videos, it is almost as if they are embarrassed to show you 66% of the yacht. I actually think the technical setup of this yacht is more inspiring the the actual guest interiors which, to my taste, are a bit bland and dated. Overall though a well thought out vessel.
But I would have to change her to the Cayman Islands most likely. Much goes into choosing a Flag State, and that is something every buyer must consider with their maritime lawyer. States subject to the UK MCA standard are pretty high, and are desireable flag states...since there's a 1.5% import tax on foreign made and or flagged yachts brought into the US, so usually a US buyer and/or a yacht used on charter will use a State Flag with rigourous maritime standards but low or no taxes.

ALEC .. dressed in swimming trunks sat on the sun deck, even at an outside table is never ever formal. Formal implies, being properly dressed, at a formal tables, which is also dressed appropriately in a dining room. The sun deck table is a picnic table. A casual table. With your logic any table is a formal table. Which it clearly is not the case. Have you ever attended a formal dinner ?
I find it really silly, that you mention, that bars have ice makers and refrigerators, in every single video. It's like, gee, no kidding. It is kind of a given, that bars will have the things, ice makers and refrigerators, that they need to function. Should just save yourself and us some time and just mention if they don't have ice makers and refrigerators.
Point of order!!! Dining outside on the sun deck, can not be described as formal dining!! It is the very opposite, informal dining, often in swimming trunks and shorts, about as informal as can be.
