I have question my son 18 yrs is doing Study for CA he had topped in marks continuesly three yrs now he is doing study for CA intern he was studying for 14 hrs continusly for three months suddenly he fell from chair unknowingly, then after some days he was having repeated stiffness of right side of neck with closing of eyes not able to talk but no loss of consciousness, on mri doctor said seizures due to encephalitis but he had no fever , after one month of treatment he again has one side stiffness and jerky movement but he says to himself I'm ok and he become ok so is it seizures as one of psychologist says it is only psychology of him he is pretending
