Maybe... but for that we have to fight for it with our hands. We are the slaves. So there's no point in "waiting" for Allah SWT to right the wrongs and do all the work when it's our job, the slaves, to fight and strive and sacrifice. This is our collective job and we (every able bodied Muslim male) will all be held to account for it, no excuses or wiggling. If not, if we collectively fail Allah in this dunya, we can wait for the punishment to fall on all of us and pay for it (and it will). Legislation belongs to Allah alone and he does not share it with anyone, there is no neutrality concerning this statement, and we Muslims better start acting and thinking like it or else we're really screwed, each of us.

Hi, the meaning of the Nasheed, is that when conflict occurs you should fight, rule with honour and not fear the enemy.
For example ‘Where are the courageous’, the author is calling the people courageous enough to fight, and ‘so rise up and take off the cuffs of oppression’ meaning the brave people should rise up and fight against the people oppressing others.
i don’t think it’s referring to a specific war.
