Flooding is some of the WORST SHIT TO DEAL WITH. We had a water heater fail on us in our house and it was nearly a grand in 'water repair' that thankfully our insurance covered, but we also lost a ton of shit in our basement, and STILL haven't gone through all the boxes of stuff they moved to suck up the 3 inches of water that was down there... I feel you man, I really do.

My apartment flooded because of a pipe burst and literally had to have them rip up the carpet and break the concrete to get to the pipe it was such a mess. I was living in the bedroom for at least 4 days. Start getting a lot of spray for the carpet and open the windows to air out the smell
Move. Get your compensation and RUN. That apartment complex doesn't care enough to fix their problems, landlords should give a shit about their properties, yet they are just shutting you down and covering up issues. Save and scram.
nothing worse than living in a shit apartment that doesn't want to do what's right. Lived in one with my brother for a bit, ended up getting sick because there was mold growing in the carpet and walls. It was an absolute nightmare.
Please search for a new apartment! So much sh!t is going up to this apartment. Not long ago you had problems with your Internet now the WATER and you have MOULD in there too! Just move out there if its possible!! :(
50mb down, 10mb up? oof... After I was able to get a 1GB symmetrical speed connection i'll never go back to regular internet, just did a test and it's 800mb down, 900mb up
