I can't believe he managed to keep a bicalcarata in a place with temperatures almost exactly like mine! I was told they were super hard to keep and completely gave up the idea of ever having one. I can't wait to be a better grower and start keeping more peculiar nepenthes!
I need help! I separated 3 basil shoots 2 plants to 5, I planted all of them in sphagnum moss, all the same. The 3 without roots are dying, should I bring them inside?
Usually, I recommend to take basal inside and when they are big enough. They could also simply are making new roots. Hard to tell. Maybe check this video: ua-cam.com/video/n7jkaWoLI6M/v-deo.html
@@WindowsillNepenthes Thank you for the reply. I will add these basal shoots are not small, They are on the larger side. I will bring them inside and see if I can revive them as they grow fresh roots.

That's the goal of these interviews: showing up what others are (able to) do 😊. N. bical will require adjustment but that's possible.

@@mercuzio5678 Danke Mario. Ich bin aus der Schweiz. 👍 den kannte ich noch nicht. Danke für deine Info.

Some people don’t like misting at all if the humidity is high and stable
What do you think ?
If the humidity is good enough, misting is useless (except for life sphagnum moss) ;)
Is nepenthes Diana and bloody Mary the same?
Nope, Bloody Mary is the same as Lady Luck. ;) N. Diana is the same but with some n. sibuyanensis added in the cross.
@@WindowsillNepenthes I asked because this guy says it’s the same. ua-cam.com/video/JUos7EHB3tQ/v-deo.html
