Great takedowns and throws. I still dont understand why elbows and knees are prohibited in wushu rules. Thank god for ikf Sanda rules
It depends because in IKF knees are legal. In training thy also teach how to throw knees and elbows. Perhaps it's an aesthetic thing? Knees and Elbows might not "look as nice".
They need to eliminate the clinching for stalling/resetting. It’s being spammed.
I disagree. I think Sanda has the best ruleset for clinches. only 3 seconds. Long enough to try something, but short enough to keep things interesting.
@@mikee5909 it does not keep interesting. The refs break up and make start over. It is a reset tactic. If you losing clinch up get reset. People use it to cheat
