Secondly, one common thing that has been mentioned was he called Raila for a meeting because he had something to share. It’s obvious in a conversation like that, he mentioned to Raila at least the subject of the discussion. He avoided to meet with him either because he knew Jacob knows something and he was either involved in or the chain of discovery would point to him or Jacob, as a journalist was ringing him for a right of reply before he publish the story but, sent Wetangula to buy time and Boom!
