Your the type of person that cares about there quads and what ever. I’ve watched other people and they never wash them and always rev limiter so thank u🤙
Good video bro but ive never hand washed my quads before i just pressure wash and dry em at my local carwash
11:08 beautiful unicorn you have sitting in the garage there buddy! chevy wagon😍
Yo, like the vid G. I saw a dude use W-D 40 to wipe down the plastics, after they were dry of course. Put a decent shine in it and helps with dust and what not. I tried it on my quad, worked alright.
I recommend you use a product called Sc1 it makes the plastics look new and is better than Wd 40
Great video mate! As you say everyone has there own way of cleaning their quad. As I ride a lot of sand I like to tip mine on its end when washing and clean underneath too, sand gets everywhere haha! I also blow dry mine with a petrol blower and finish the plastics off with Maxima SC1 and spray everything metal with WD40. Keep up the great vids mate!
simo41 nice I've done that before with mine too tipping it up to clean underneath. Nd I tried using a leaf blower to dry mine once haha it worked okay but I can only imagine how bad it is with sand getting stuck everywhere
Yeah sweet, it's the easiest way to get the build up underneath cleaned up. Yeah? Haha! I usually follow up with drying with a towel, blower gets a good chunk of the water off. Yeah, it's shocking lol! Love riding in the sand, hate cleaning up afterwoods haha!
Awesome video tymoto.after I saw it I went to dollar tree and got some car wash and wax.love the video and hope you will make a new wash one!
Not to degrade your method but I would suggest a "butt plug" or a rag for your exhaust pipe just to insure no water gets down in the exhaust. 🤙good vid second on the wd40 comments. Let her Rip tater chip.
Put tire shin on the whole 4wheeler even the motor it will give it like a clean coat
y'all cleaning chains ?
Does ot damage the motor if i power wash it ?
Charlie Montero nope as long as your not directly spraying on seals you’ll be fine but I wouldn’t use too high of a pressure just to be safe
what year is this atv bruh?
use a wire brush on the chain I do it all the time with my warrior 350
Don’t use Wd 40 for the chain I used to do that and for clutch cables to Wd 40 attracks a lot of mud and isn’t made for lubing chains I would buy chain lube if I were you
A power washer def makes things easier especially for real muddy rides! Yours isn’t even dirty 🤣🤣🤣
Try alco cleaners power wash all the heavy mud off if there is any then spray down w alco cleaner then rinse off no scrubbing needed works killer especially for that staining type dirt! Ill dry mine off w air from a compressor and then lube the chain w chain lube ill use wd40 for areas like over the shocks and on the engine cases is fine as well then i have a silicone detailer i spray the plastics with which is also from alco!
Wel i clean it wift soap and a precherwacher (sorry for my bad english)
Thanks for showing how to clean your raptor 700
Noor Baloch you should take the seat off when you wash it the water rots the sponge after awhile and get a exhaust plug just a tip.
Sup dude, nice raptor! But just my opinion, I think it would look best without the stickers put on. Put your quad so don’t take my advice haha. Nice vid!
Parkside Mx yeah it’s actually not the original plastics on it I have the stock plastics like new I bought these off eBay so the stickers were already on it
Man i pressure wash, and comes real clean i recommend you to use a real chain lube not wd 40 is not bad but no the best for it
Hi timer. I love your videos so much can you come and see me one day ride with me I haven't ATV
Me again tymoto I forgot to mention I have a raptor 125 and wash it the same way as you
I never cleaned 3 of my quads
when you clean the seat take it out and clean it well its better ur gonna be shocked on how dirty it is
