    I use 230 degrees on my flat iron and it's straight but not necessarily thin as what it would be if I used a higher heat setting. I will also be doing it every 2 to 3 months to check my ends as I wear my hair curly 95% of the time. When I recently did it. My ends were hard and I cut about an inch off which made a huge difference. I also search and destroy split ends, for the remainder of the time that my hair is straight. Thanks for all the lovely tips❤

    What products do recommend using so that my hair does not look weighed down and on the stiffer side. I have low porosity and serum tend to work best for heat protection. It could be that I’m using too much because I’m heavy handed. Should I use it only before blow drying or before and after blow drying then flat iron my hair?

    • @shelltalkshair
      @shelltalkshair  2 роки тому +1

      Ceramic irons use a gentle heat that works from the inside to the outside of the hair. Titanium heats up quicker, gets hotter and work from the outside which puts direct heat right on the outer portion of the hair.
