Malvani in me is jumping with joy..it's a summer tradition in our houses to make masala for that year ..and yes in very little oil, you have to roast the chillis too..this is amazing ..this is❤️ ...waiting for your malvani chicken and vade (kombadi/saguti vade).Just like tambda rassa of kolhapur ,we malvanis have bango rassa with bones.

Thank you for bringing the local cuisine from our soil in authentic ways to the outer world. A small tip.. you should also try सोलकढी -Soulkadhi with the heavy Malvani meals. It's good for better appetite, reduces acidity, also helpful in effects of summer heat or sunstrokes.. Must try it, but be sure that it has been prepared by using Kokum or Aamsul ( Dried Kokum ), fresh wet coconut milk & not by using Kokum Aagal ( Kokam Ras).. 😊🌴

Sir, I am a fan of your recipes. I am hard-core malvani. My malvani masala recipe has come from my mother. All the ingredients are perfect except green elaichi! As far as my knowledge goes, we don't add green elaichi in malvani masala. Also we fry red chilies with just few drops of oil and on low heat.

Hello Chef... Malwani masala from you is really a shock for me....I usually make 5-6kg which lasts for an year... It's a tradition... drying the chillies, roasting spices...n one more thing...if made for whole year..add sabut namak(roasted a little) and khade hing...as natural preservatives...Ur too good man....keep it up
