  • There's no side dish. There's beef Gyudon that's done in 10 minutes is the answer! (Japanese beef rice bowl recipe!)
    [Ingredients]
    (based on 2 servings)
    270g~280g of sliced beef, 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 4~5 garlic, 2 eggs, a little bit of green onion
    [Seasoning]
    Tzuyu 7, cooking wine 1, 1 spoon of plum juice, 1/2 cup water, a little bit of pepper
    [How to make it]
    1. Chop onions, green onions, red peppers, garlic, etc
    2. Stir-fry onions in a pan until they become translucent
    2-1. Add chopped garlic and stir-fry together
    3. Add thin beef and stir-fry it with onions
    3-1. When the meat is almost done, add the seasoning in the seasoning compartment
    *TIP: If you don't have Tzuyu, replace it with soy sauce and sugar
    4. Stir-fry it so that the sauce mixes well
    4-1 When the sauce is mixed well, add half a cup of water and squeeze it
    5. Reduce the heat to low and beat the beaten egg
    6. Don't stir the eggs and cook as much as you want
    7. If you put meat, onions, and eggs on top of well-spread rice?
    8. It tastes like when we were waiting in line somewhere in Hongdae
    9. Japanese beef rice bowl and gyudon are done!

      반찬 없을 때 그냥 고기만 꺼내면 이건 후딱후딱 되는 완전 간편식입니당 :)

      선생님! 차돌박이는 사랑입니다... 안되면 아쉽겠죠!!! 다만 뭐 제가 쓴 부위보다 지방이 조금 많은 부위니까 살짝 더 기름질 수 있다는 점만 미리 알고 계시면 문제될 것 1도 없습니당 :) 취향에 따라 오히려 더 맛있을 수도 있곘죵?!
