Just went to the local tobacconist for some cigarette papers and heard the guy behind the counter talking to someone about playing guitar in the 60s. I asked about it and it turns out he was the guitarist for The Elois. He told me to check this out and it is totally awesome

My fave all time Oz garage fuzzing 45 deejay spin! This monster tune is an essential spin in all all my deejay sets and it always causes an epic fuzz quake - brilliant stuff!!! ;o)

this and the Missing Links "driving Me insane" are the ultimate Aussie proto-punk freakbeat monsters...and amusingly enuf, both have very deadpan stereotypically teutonic vocals (this one only in small parts) in 'em. And fuck, 2.15...that's all it takes to turn Paul Hogan's backyard into a burnt n' charred wasteland smouldering and reeling from this sneering fucked-out and derailed punk. I must be in an Aussie mood today.....

Check out The THROB ...Fortune Teller.....singer sounds exactly like Joey Ramone...I swear the ramones heard this 1966 stomper and used it for their template!

My uncle was the singer Allan Rowe, if he was alive today he would be in his mid seventies. He was a legend. Thanks for the compliment … 👌🏻
