I remember one rainy day when I was walking to the grocery store. I was feeling pretty miserable, trying to avoid puddles and keep my umbrella from flipping inside out. But as I walked past a group of strangers huddled under a bus shelter, someone joked about the weather. Suddenly, we were all laughing and chatting like old friends. I noticed white duvet + Miss Duchess = I highly recommend a chom chom if you don't already have one. I've got 4 cats, 2 of them are long hair, and one of the short hairs just sheds like no one's business. I chom chom the bedsheets and my comforter every day. Keeps all my furniture fur free and I don't end up with a ton of fur in my washing machine on bedding day.

@@SundaiLove It's a roller brush, and it works so well! I used it on my clothes, my bedding, my furniture and then you pop it open and throw away the fur. It's kind of shocking when you see how much fur there really is on all your stuff.

Citronella plants and marigolds bugs don't like the smell of them. Good for the garden. And you are right about the dishwashing liquid and water to spritz your veggies. It does help to keep bugs off your veggies/plants.

To get rid of Nats- Get little plastic cups put Suran Wrap over it make little holes. Mix dishwashing liquid and apple cider vinegar. A little of each with a pinch of sugar. Gets them every time.

If you can get some galvanised containers they'll stop the slugs getting in since they have the same effect as copper and the slugs won't climb them. You sometimes have to look hard for them and they might still them as coolers for drinks or buckets rather than planters. I just drill a few holes.
