Thanks very much. You are a savior!!
Thank you, Pat!
Thank you!
Awesome job 👍
Andy Jassy is amazing! Who else is able to stand almost 3 hrs in front of huge audience of professionals and talk in such details, clear and understandable form. It's very impressive.
Are you excited as he’s now the CEO
3 non-Amazon guest speakers, and all were CEO's of major companies. Very impressive. Great talk and AWS's continuing innovation is impressive as well.
Taking a picture with my phone since I can't wait the five seconds it takes for it to show up on the Internet.
AWS is the undisputed cloud champion!

Kendra and CodeGuru are really going to help me in my day to day work, thanks AWS.
Amazing innovations! 👏
1080p60 now - nice

Cloud master!
Anyone have any source that can back up thhs constant 80 off % of x is done on AWS? Where do these numbers come from?
If I had to guess it would be from studies commssioned by AWS with someone like IDS
Nice!
nice!
excellent
that goldman sachs guy is giving a speech... ufff... like he is reading a sales pitch from a giant piece of paper..
Very impressive!!
I agree…
Now if only AWS had a mapping service...
very charismatic
Fargate is great but still does not work with GPU Instance
noted
good
1:10:50 very true
NICE
This content is a true standout. The book I encountered with akin material revolutionized my outlook. "AWS Unleashed: Mastering Amazon Web Services for Software Engineers" by Harrison Quill
machine learning stay in privacy core is the future ...
I really dislike Amazon as a company but they have the job market cornered in cloud so if I can’t beat them I will join them
"It's all about the chip." Olivia Friedman, Award Winning CIO. #MooresLaw
just sell these processors for in house developments already!
Code review AI? interesting
like in Silicon Valley (s5) ? xD
why stop at code review, why not code writing AI. Then we don't need anything.
Nice
Can you just show me the department where there would be phones?
It was funny to hear AWS talk about vendor lock-in.
Amazing, AWS is owning the cloud .. just too bad that the quality of the clip is too low
They probably uploaded the full resolution video but UA-cam compresses it and publishes bottom up, starting with 360p. In a few hours the higher resolution options will probably follow.
That Goldman Sachs CEO is charismatic AF. That fucker is yelling
Wondering who these 37 dislikes are (till 7th Dec 2019: 2.00 PM EST). May be sour grapes from Microsoft, google. :-)
Amazon didn’t take UA-cam as priorities,I just watched this event on twitch though
cool
AWS reinvent in google youtube :D
ok
Huh..Both AWS Reinvent and Google IO this year did not have any wow announcements
what is a 'wow' announcement look like?
Seriously, was a sleeper this year. They even prefaced their speech this morning with there’s not a ton of announcements this year. It feels similar to apples release cycle where every 2 years are the biggest items that affect the most customers.
Spends 90 minutes talking about how AWS is basically a cloud switch army knife for any service that you need and then 1:18:30.

AWS Re:Start brought me here. Zzzzzzz
360p quality? Really Amazon?
You have to wait a while to see it in good quality right after you upload good quality.. It is UA-cam's problem.
@@kjp851 Yes, Conversion take times.
It's coming from d cloud ....
What a depressing dweeb. The great accomplishments: indoor exercise; taxis, rooms and fast food. These jokers are turning humanity into hamsters on a wheel sucking food through a straw and never seeing daylight. His sneakers 👟 say it all!
This is an insightful comment. I guess it shows the kind of content you can develop with AWS cloud but I find your comment especially relevant during quarantine. My fast food addiction is debilitating- and expensive.
Working out at home is an idea as old as time. My parents had a Nordic Track.
Very little innovation, AWS is just about maximizing its profits now, like Apple does. Expect no wonders.
I don't mind slowing innovation. What I dislike is AWS awful documentation focused on sales. Most of their official docs are horrible. I opened several support tickets over the years about how bad and out-of-date their docs are, yet it moves like a snail nailed to a 2x4
@@woolfel FYI, the AWS documentation is open source. So you are able to submit a pull request if you want.
@@MattFenner23 I have contributed some documentation to AWS, but their official documentation on their website is not open source. I've suggested to them several times in the past. The stuff in AWS github is open source, but honestly it's not as responsive as well run open source projects. I've been contributing to apache and other open source projects for over a decade. AWS open source efforts feel like half-hearted attempts to me.
So AWS is the "only one that can do everything with the best capabilities, the best whatever"? Sure... These keynotes have become shit shows where these folks go on stage with canned marketing phrases to brag about everything
