Great timing, I have just treated myself to some pastry cutters especially to make mince pies . They looked so good. Will follow your recipe. I also only use my Hysapientia for baking as I dont want to get it greasy. I use my Ninja for cooking everything else plus my Instantpot, which is great.❤
