ملعقة كبيرة من الخميرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة من الملح

كأس صغير من الزيت
الحشوة:
جبنة مثلثات
تمر ( نخلط تمر ،2 ملعقة كبيرة من الزيت ،ملعقة كبيرة من القرفة)
