They’re young. That’s natural. Arteta inherited an Arsenal that finished 5th and went on to finish 8th in back to back seasons. Ange has Spurs far ahead of Arteta’s schedule. Just he patient. If fans lose their patience then this multi-year process starts all over again. GIVE HIM TIME.
Look at man city, they bought a couple key players but built a squad that's turning out talent. There's a future still with man city if they don't gut their youth
Pep was so mad that our style of play won vs his boring passing, how delusional do you have to be, and well done to the boss Ange today, the line was perfect at all stage of the game, hope to see Werner finish more of these counters.

Both are members of the Manchester City Group The Telegraph newspaper has reported that Ange Postecoglou is the dark horse to replace Pep Guardiola at Man City. Man City have been paying close attention to the Australian - having noted similarities between both managers' philosophy and style.
Have only been able to watch the highlights from Oz, but it seemed like a fine example of Anges comment of "it's a game of football 11 a side, the whistle goes and you give it your best crack". Both teams looked to be "having a good crack" and with generally respect all round for the opposition, managers included. All three goals looked to be well worked, a Spurs effort nice to watch from a corner and seemingly a practiced set piece, so it would look like the training may be starting to pay off. Both teams could well have scored several more, City narrowly missed a couple of lovely attempts. PS I've enjoyed Ange's journey from his time with Brisbane Roar. It seems to be a rollercoaster ride with Ange and then it starts to click, and he is working with players that are all at an elite level. Fascinating to watch. Best Cheers COYS😅
If yod seen the match in full you would see that Man C put us under a lot of pressure for long periods, Which we handled pretty well, but we found it hard to break through their world class press. We did manage to find a way through a few times with incisive one touch moves, and for sure Son would have stuck away a fair few of Werners chances. Credit to Werner for his excellent goal. Much needed. Vicario continus to concern with flapping at crosses, Brennan lost his man at back post for their goal. But overall we defended solidly and pressed as much as we could. The goal of the night was Sars perfect curler. What a beauty. Tough battle, hard fought. Needed to stay the course. Did. Great win

Richy just come back from injury and werner still needs to build his confidence and have more games himself. There are direct reasons why this is the case
The thing is when you play like Tottenham your frontmen have to be lethal on a consistent basis. They're a Luis Diaz or Cole Palmer away from being a real silverware threat imo but yeah can see them getting past United and from there you never know.
They've got Man U next, who appear to have responded positively to Van Nistleroy's elevation. They have options, and Postecoglou now seems certain to target this, the FA Cup, and the Europa League, but Tottenham still need a top 6 finish (imho), so the next few PL games are crucial. Man City appear to have gone off the boil, but a lot of people involved in the EPL are complaining about the fixture list and the scheduling of matches. It looks like the top teams require 3 separate squads of playing staff to compete at the highest level.
As a Spurs fan, the manager claiming his best win so far was scraping a 2-1 against a team of kids in the last 16 of the EFL Cup is immensely embarrassing.
Relax Ange. This was only a Carabao cup game against a team of academy players. Geesh. ahahaha. Try winning a regular season game for heavens sakes Ange! You cannot even beat a winless Palace last game!
Best WIn, Wow, dominated by City's kids for most of the game having to play transition football at home and relying on a desperate goal line clearance to see you through in a competition so far down Cty's list nobody in the blue camp was that arsed. Enjoy it you'll be going out next round.

no, europa league
but they have a good chance of winning both

Funny how his "boring passing" is exactly us when we couldnt be clinical against low block counter attack team. You're trying to have it both ways.
Tbh pep didn't seem mad at the end of the game. Seemed very happy for Ange imo

Archie was the worst
Offensively he was great, defensively not so much but we have to realize hes cdm not a wingback @Cal2PM

It was Man City reserves.

It's an old school method for thinking before you speak and choosing his words carefully.
Should have been 4-1
