This is perfect timing. I start night shift next week after having 5 months of residency on days 😖 I’m gonna need these tips
Was so happy to see this kind of video!! I enjoy all your videos but really into the "come along with me for shifts" and "routine" content. I'm hoping to be accepted into nursing school this next year, definitely my dream. Your channel has always been one I go to for encouragement.❤ thanks girl
I am a sophomore in high school and plan to be come a nurse . Your channel has helped me understand more important things that come with nursing that I didn’t know .
Thanks for sharing .
Love The Secret book.
Yes, shower + skin routine. And updated hair 😊🤩
Perfect timing!!! I’m a new nurse working in the ICU, just graduated in may and I’ve been orienting on days since August, and starting January I’ll be on nights 😣 Hopefully I can manage 🤞🏾
Hi Alexis. Love your videos. Very inspirational.
Night shift is so tough. My first year I was able to adapt. But by my second year I was struggling to stay awake at night and to sleep before my shift. But then slept away all of my days off. I have been trying to get into NICU for so long, but I just can’t go back to nights.
I can tell I'm going to start binge watching your videos! I am a nurse so love this type of content. How do you survive on that little sleep though?!❤
I would love to know more about your meditation routine!
I want ALL the routines!!!
Great night time routine 👍🏾👏🏾🤗
Love you videos. There very inspiring, thank you for posting. What kind of blue light glasses do you wear? I remembered you mentioned them before, I don't remember and I need to purchase a good pair. Being on a computer over an hour, apparently gives me headaches now.
Currently struggling with these pre-requisites at my cc😭 your channel helps me so much when I feel like giving up❤️❤️❤️❤️.
You are not the only one!! I am too! Don’t give up we got this 😭!

What’s the wait time to change to day shift in the NICU? Here in Los Angeles it’s a ten year wait to be day shift 😭 they said the years have lowered since Covid hit

Im starting college next year and want to get my BSN 🙏🏼 tips that helped you all survive or get through the classes and manage your time?!
Develop a really good study routine. Try and work and save up as much as you possibly can, so you can cut down in hours at your job while in the program (even better if you don't have to work). Use as many resources as possible, and start practicing NCLEX style questions daily! It will help teach you how to answer test questions at school, and prepare you for the NCLEX.
What’s the wait time in TX to be a day shift NICU nurse? Here in Los Angeles it’s a ten year wait in the NICU to be day shift 😭 the years have actually lowered since Covid hit so they say
From which university you have done your degree???
I worked 12 hour nights for 4 months, so you hung in longer than me sis 😂

Girl. I am STRUGGLING on nights. And with kids?! Whew.
I’ll be starting night shift soon. You’re making me scared 🥴
To the 12 hour shift nurses: what hours do u work? Day and night nurses
Where I’m from I 12 hour shifts does not exist 😵💫 we work at most 9 hours
In my country we have 3 shift,
7am-3pm
1pm-9pm
8pm-8pm is the only 12hr shift.
I was applied for vacations on september 29, 23. To create more times with new job hospital and my new families that's I love so much. May be for very long times they'll be in the head of my commander with others that's I can't define yet.!😇🥰👅💋
Would you be able to do a video or even respond to this comment with the most comfortable shoes you’ve found working in the hospital?
