Making King Oyster Mushroom Pancakes
[Materials]
5 king oyster mushrooms, 3 eggs, 2 spoons of pancake flour, 1 teaspoon of salt
Optional Materials: red pepper, crown daisy, pepper, etc.
[How to make it]
1.Cut a king oyster mushroom into a thickness of 6 to 7mm wide.
2) Mix eggs and salt in a bowl to make egg water.
3) Put pancake powder and egg water on the sliced king oyster mushrooms.
4) Heat oil in a pan (middle heat) and reduce heat to low heat and fry.
* It looks prettier and tastier if you put red pepper or crown daisy on top of it.
(On the top side, fry the egg water a little cooked.)
* If it's too bland, dip it in soy sauce.
* Put sliced king oyster mushrooms and pancake powder in a container and shake it to coat it easily.
