Where’s Their Gold? Investors Claim They Lost Millions
Вставка

- Lawrence Fernandez says he invested over a million dollars in gold company Regal Assets. However, he claims his gold never came. Now, Fernandez and other investors are part of a Facebook group called "Victims of Regal Assets." Altogether, they say they have lost over $10 million. Many of the investors Inside Edition spoke with say that Leah Donoso, president of Regal Assets, happily took their retirement money and spoon-fed them lies about when they would receive their gold. Regal Assets CEO and founder Tyler Gallagher did not respond to Inside Edition's request for comment. When asked if she took advantage of investors, Donoso said “no comment.” In court papers, she says she is cooperating with authorities.
It always irks me to see people who have the capacity to blatantly lie and look at their victims straight in the eye while screwing them over. It takes a special kind of evil to be that heartless
Perhaps. Or perhaps its a perspective of standards. By applying to others what you would apply on yourself. Which is how many people get taken advantage of. Instead always assume the ill intent first instead of expecting good intent at all.

This also happened to many people with a company called Karatbars. Many people lost their gold or never received it, the victims now have a telegram group hoping for a lawsuit action but so far nothing has resulted from this as far as I am aware.
A criminal does this. Maybe these people should seek a different kind of justice.
The president drives a Ford and is still in the US meanwhile the owner is in Dubai where there is no extradition. Guess which one took the money
Ha! She has everyone in her family driving mustangs. Investigation still underway!
Who in their right mind would put all their life savings into gold ?
Ask yourself that question 1 year from now.
Boomers
The people they showed

Never put your money in one spot ding a lings
This is the American way!
That's karma for investing and not looking into it
Company was legitimate prior to 2020. He invested their money in CRYPTO and lost it!
I was waiting many years to here this. It's sad trying to navigate through life. To be scammed by glorious advertisement for something I would never physically hold is a real plan/dream killer. May everyone who was scammed receive justice and some of their life saving money if not all of it. Please stay strong in this world.
its sad so many scammers everywhere in all parts of life
@@os2958, right...I have to stick with the spirit of discernment in my walk of life. That means be cautious even when going to amusement parks, movies, out to eat with or surrounding humans.
I knew it. I don't know how,but as soon as these adds started,I knew people would get screwed over.
Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. You actually believe that....nobody gets anything after dying and you have to store up for the future.
I'd drop that book of mythology. ⚛

This is why I'm skeptical about investing in gold. My mom keeps asking my dad for money to invest in gold, and honestly I'm getting worried.
Buying gold isn't a totally bad idea. I have done it before but went to coin shop and bought gold Kruegerands (sorry for spelling). Canadian gold coins might be okay depending on current price. Also take them to safe deposit box and do not keep at home. Deal with someone face to face. Be careful.
If u don't hold it u don't own it is the saying
She probably has her eye on a pretty pair of earrings😂🤣😂
@@taryntaryn9090 More like a gold ring with a huge sapphire on it. She said she'd give it to me. I don't think she knows she's awake.🤣🤣🤣
Gold isn't an investment btw
If you don’t hold it! You do not own it! What a bunch of fools
I think there should be extradition laws for these types of crimes!! How is it ok to take people's life savings and just disappear?
Still an investigation going. Banks were involved, too.
There is
it’s called the *_American Dream_* for those who did so 🤣
When the United fractured states of America make their new constitutions or new governments I'm sure many people who were once American citizens will be deported or killed on the spot so... in a way you get what you want. Just not how you envision it.
Good point , seeing as an estimated 3-5% ( closer to 2-3% in Dec 21) of world population owns crypto. To grow to 1B in year would be amazing! However, with the current state of things , zthat growth might be low estimate the US/USD , continue to debase, etc have been and continue worsening
