you need to buy the gamepass, not the levels because it didnt exist back then. sorry bro
Asimo knows about this bug, he said that the 2019 code is too old and it's too complicated to make it all work. As you buy tiers and have them all, in the game's gamepass page it doesn't count as owned. Same problem here.
