@poojanegi221 Mam as i visited to chitkara University website for phd but in applied science section only they are offering phd in physics, chemistry and maths department ... Not in life science i think .. being a botany student i have search for the specialization phd for the same . So , can you clear my doubt that kya chitkara University botany mei phd program conduct krati h ya nhi?

It will not be counted formally. But just because you have a teaching experience shows that you must’ve good hold with students

But our syllabus comes under Home science in UGC NET. Please guide what should I prefer UGC NET(home science)
Or CSIR NET(Life science)
Both subjects will give you different opportunities so do look at their future possibilities and their syllabus. Also check that what would you like to teach or learn in future

If UGC NET has this subject then yes it can be given. Check the syllabus of the subject and get confirmed ☑️

Mam as per my knowledge u can give ugc net as a science student ( bot,zoo,chem, forestry etc) from environment science sub nd be a assistant professor in ur respective sub or study for phd from ur respective subject as well after cracking the exam. Please do correct me if im wrong.
