Interesting video. My grandson has just finished a sailing competition today here in Thailand to select a representative to go to the Worlds in Holland. He is sailing a 4.7 and as he is only 14 he lacks a bit of weight and muscle, but not doing badly at all. This video will help him I am sure. Thanks Nick
