I've seen the latter clip in another tl clip, but isn't it missing a bit more where Kamito tries to defend himself by explaining that his impression of height to weight is based on himself? I know most people watching are probably already fans, but I feel like that would improve it somewhat because then his assumptions have a basis in something while still being naive (as opposed to media/models/etc.).
Is Hinano implying she's going to cook for Kamito everyday? xD

Sometimes i am thinking, what teetee moments would we witness if they ever record their off stream moments? Just that deredere like line from hinano when kamito reached master hits hard.

So I think that the taller someone is, they could be further away from their weight. And as girls are generally shorter, it's normal their weight and height gap is less drastic. And Hinano def has a point. There are many different body shapes, and girls after puberty have a heavier ideal weight than boys. And even skinny girls could have a chubby arms, or legs, or hips, etc. Doesn't necessarily mean they're fat, just that they have their own body shape.
That said, we can't judge someone as unhealthy by their weight alone, whether they weigh more or even less than you think they should. I say this because I'm 150cm, 35-37kg, and I'm not clinically considered unhealthy. Just a little underweight. And it irks me when people on the internet call people obese or too skinny/unhealthy without any personal knowledge of the person. Somehow I hear people 'skinny-shaming' as much as 'fat-shaming' on the internet. So please, don't see yourself/your knowledge as the only standard acceptable, be tolerant to both sides 😊
Yeah, the height - 110 doesn't scale well.
Also body structures. Also Hinano points out a Very good point. Boobs weigh a lot. And so do Butts. Curvy, lean figures weigh much more than skinny sticks. So guys who want curvy ladies but also have weight restrictions... iz stoopid.
Honestly, I'm just aiming for a healthy body that doesn't hurt. Hurrah~

rather than standard isnt it just a misconception based on his own weight and height? im tall (around kamito's height) and have been below 48kg for the majority of my life - it never occurred to me that i was underweight and thought it was normal until not too long ago

@@CheztaAhmad Pretty much it, we have to remember that japanese people are very strictly in all this talk, for me that perfect arverage japanese body is pretty skinny, me being in a country like brazil, bro people here are huge not in an unhealthy way. I still think saying something like "they are fat bcs they want can be very unpolite, but people that are "normal" thinks like this so whatever, i just think its funny and cool when Hinano and Qpi cut him to say something more "real" its hard to see people in defense of different bodies types
He was actually cancelled a week or two ago when the topic was brought up again he apologized for his words while Hinano apologized because it sounded like they were fighting even though its just the usual Oreapo shenanigans.

Not really we have BMI for that reason. Unless you go full genetic anomalies
@@rarminqorset3628 BMI is not really that good also tho. For example even if you are not tall but has a lot of muscles instead of fat. The BMI will still consider you as an overweight or smthng. That is why it is better to count your fat percentage that relying most of the time to BMI

Edit: muscle is lighter than fat so BMI will make you underweight in a muscular body

The whole weight vs height thing is so complex and convoluted that i would rather just pay attention to how I feel and if I feel healthy
For a woman that height, 40-55 kg is common and normal. That’s nowhere near “fat”. ur either skinny, or fit, or just have a little bit more fat/muscles in some parts of ur body. Most women i know are around that height and weight around the same range, none of them are even close to being “ a bit chubby”. It depends especially when ur skinny or fit but have large booba and butt.
Best part of my week. I had to translate the weight. Geez 55kg ain't no where near fat lmao. That's healthy if anything.

I gotta say, a lot of Japanese people (men teenagers specifically) have some kind of "perfectionist" view on ideal height-weight ratio of women which is kinda f*cked up, I realized this coz of my half-japanese friend and my cousin who is currently living in Japan

175 - 110 = 65
155 - 100 = 55
I get the impression that some Japanese are just meticulously health-conscious. Though Kamito is actually like 10kg lighter than the supposed ideal weight, so he's underweight. He isn't exactly a role model of health considering that he's a streamer too; probably only slightly healthier than the caffeine-addicted Hinano.
I read somewhere that the common ideal woman is JK. Around that height-weight ratio. I don't really know what to think of it.

on a side note, Kamito prefers someone close to his age, an adult (he's in his mid-20's).
@@Kensuke0987 The height/weight is a misremembering of a blog post actually - my bad. It was an article about how men and women chase 'youthfulness', why JKs are glorified (is that the right word?) to the degree that they are, and how JK 'enthusiasts' (to put it lightly) exist.
