dopepeddlers1, he got the best tips and helps. I’ve microdosed shrooms for about 6 months now and it has really helped my anxiety and depression and I’ll recommend it for anyone .,
Is the dosing info correct (.143 mg/kg)? For a 158 pound person, that would be about 10 mg of psilocybin -- a tiny amount. Did the study use whole mushroom or some type of concentrated extract? It seems like typical microdoses are around 500mg. Thanks for this worthy information.
Is there a danger in dosing with psilocybin and taking rizatriptan simultaneously? Thank you for this great presentation! ❤ (Edit: coincidentally, 4 hours before this video posted, I experimentally microdosed psilocybin and took maxalt. I’m a chronic migraineur of 40 years ongoing.)

According to the website Clusterbusters, taking tryptamine based medications like rizatriptan, sumatriptan, zolmatriptan and so on, will block or interfer with the effects of psilocybin because they work on similar receptors in the brain. But there seemingly isn't any danger associated with it in normal therapeutic doses. I've had chronic migraines for 20 years or so, with 16 to 20 episodes a month, and I started microdosing between 0.2 to 0.3 grams of mushroom powder in gelatine capsules every 3 days last week, and haven't had one single migraine since. Normally I would have had at least 2 episodes by now. I've only had a normal tension headache twice in this period of time, where one aspirin was enough to treat it.
@@Gram1278 i wouldnt recommend for everyone that is wildy unsafe. If you meet the requirements to undergo psychoactive therapy then yes i would reccomen but some people with signifigant mental issues or a family history should be very careful.

Thank you-- this is very helpful.

Yeah this is the amount of pure psilocybin. Mushrooms are about 0.2% psilocybin when dry.

How did it go?
Have there been studies on the effects of Phenethylamines on migraines?
