@@schoolwork232 Shes in Atlanta. That lady most likely Indigenous Black American with two “black parents” . Most of my family have the same hair texture or a little thicker and we’re from here. It has a lot to do with CARE and being consistent . The greats in your family will tell you that. Back in the day most had long beautiful hair like this until perms were introduce right along with bad chemicals in hair products created by pilgrim descendants to make our people bald. Pure envy! It pays to know history your family teaches and not the colonizers.
