One mistake i made during my this yr preperation. I had a misconception that toppers study alot everything in depth so they secure top rank. So i studied everything in depth slowly slowly forgetting that i have limited time. Studyied main notes, pyq of neet and inicet, whole marrow qbank, mcq discussion videos of marrow and other things, made my main notes more bulky and non revisable. during my revision time devoting 1 month time to 1 subject. I basically wanted to accumulate whole universe knowledge 😂😂. Due to this , it took more than 6 months to complete one revision. Forget about doing rr or any short course. As a result my rank slipped down. All this bcz of my misconception.

But light fitness activities like yoga, flexibility training, Meditation can be done without exhausting the body I have a all together different targets for fitness which demands extra efforts and time Studies were top most priority So i took a break from march 24 till the exam And that was worth it So if u are in prep phase you can include Little mobility training exercises in your schedule which won't take more than 30 min And after the exam if u r seriously dedicated towards fitness then u can follow some extensive strength training approach It depends which phase of life we are in !! But every person can manage to give atleast 45 min of his day to normal physical activities 💯💯 I hope you find it useful 🙌

During preparation the main priority is to get the rank !!
But light fitness activities like yoga, flexibility training, Meditation can be done without exhausting the body
I have a all together different targets for fitness which demands extra efforts and time
Studies were top most priority
So i took a break from march 24 till the exam
And that was worth it
So if u are in prep phase you can include Little mobility training exercises in your schedule which won't take more than 30 min
And after the exam if u r seriously dedicated towards fitness then u can follow some extensive strength training approach
It depends which phase of life we are in !!
But every person can manage to give atleast 45 min of his day to normal physical activities 💯💯
