    Banks are good when you borrow money to buy assets. Good debt is when you take the loan to purchase assets that put money in your pocket. When I borrow money, I have already calculated the risk tolerance over the assets am taking debt on. When you borrow money for cash flow purposes the bank is willing to lend as much as your portfolio allows. When you borrow small amounts of money you are in trouble if you default. When you borrow in tokens of millions, the bank is in trouble. All banks are prone to booms and busts in the case of economic collapse since they are not centralized. Like the cbk
