Can you do demonstrate a projection from an existing compound mitered profile , to an unfolded 2D plain . The profile I'm expermenting with is basically two pieces of crown molding that form a mittered corner.

I'm trying to project the miter joint to a flat 2d plain. The goal is to replicate the wooden shelf, using 16ga polished stainless steel. Without all of the excess details that are milled into the wood with exception of the arc. The drawings are a side profile and a top view of the miter along with a 1 in perimeter flange.
