In the Nepal story, the ghost is Kichkandi ( किच्कन्डी). It is just another name for typical female ghost wearing white clothes, feet turned backwards and all.

I hope that Hostel story is just a "story".. Coz otherwise, it's very scary and also distrubing if you try to fill in the gaps... Plus you expect student hostels to be safe (I am assuming it was not suicide coz that's not what she said, and I can't imagine someone writing that before they die).. I hope there was some sort of a closure for the girl's family...
I found nothing on google apart from some paranormal experiences people have shared on quora about Gandhi Bhavan situated there, and a murder case study which the institute has on their online database for academic purposes...
The Highway story, with a really tall woman.... I think she was just an unusually tall woman, and not necessarily 7 n 1/2 feet... Since there were houses nearby, as strange as it seems for someone to be out so late at night, it's not impossible.... It wasn't a completely secluded area...
It was scary story but very similar to a scene from urban legend...
