What track and Sprocket did you use on this........??
Hey there, awesome project! I am a spinal cord injury quadriplegic. I'm interested in building something similar. Did you just use a snowmobile track? And if so did you just cut it to the desired width?

Sirikit Joshi it's basically a wheelie wheel so if the up angle gets too radical it won't tip over backwards.
I AM GUESSING THE BACK WHEEL IS SO IT WON"T FLIP OVER? WHY DIDN'T YOU GUYS JUST MAKE THE TRACKS LONGER SO YOU WOULDN'T HAVE TO HAVE THAT WHEEL STICKING OUT?
I LIKE WHAT YOU MADE BUT THAT WHEEL HAS GOT TO GO!!! IT IS UGLY AND MAKES YOUR CHAIRS COOLNESS GET TAKEN AWAY FROM. PLUS IT IS A HUGE WASTE OF GOOD USABLE AREA THAT YOU CAN USE TO HAUL STUFF THE USER WILL EVENTUALLY NEED TO TRANSPORT IF A REAL USER IS TO USE IT. i MADE A LITTLE CAGED ALUMINUM FRAMED PICK UP BED SORTA THING BEHIND MY CHAIR WHICH IS ORIG A TDX BRAND. I ALSO HAVE A MOVING DOLLY THAT I CAN HOOK ON AND AD AN EVEN LARGER FRAMED BOX SET UP TO THE TOP OF IT AND HAVE A DECENT SIZED TRAILER THAT I HAUL BEHIND MINE WHEN I NEED IT.
I HAVE RAN THE WHEELS OFF MY CHAIR GOING EVERYWHERE IN IT SPINNING DONUTS IN IT MOVED MANY TIMES WITH IT, USED IT LIKE A LITTLE TRACTOR ALMOST AT TIMES TOO. THINKING ABOUT A GAS ENGINE SET UP NOW AND MAKING IT EITHER BOTH ELECTRIC AND GAS OR PROPANE ACTUALLY SO IT CAN BE RAN INDOORS JUST LIKE THE PROPANE POWERED FLOOR MACHINES AT THE GROCERY STORES - OK FOR INDOOR USE BECAUSE PROPANE DON'T DO LIKE GASOLINE ;-) WHERE CAN A GUY GET SOME TRACK LIKE YOU HAVE ON THE CHEEP? I'VE GOT 2 REAR DIRT BIKE MOTORCYCLE KNOBBY TIRES RIGHT NOW THAT I HAVE CUT THE SIDE WALLS OFF OF THAT I AM CONSIDERING TRYING OUT AS TRACKS ON MY TDX. TDX IS A POOR DESIGN BECAUSE THE DRIVE WHEELS IN THE MIDDLE AND END UP NOT ON THE GROUND EVER DRIVEWAY, GUTTER, HILL, DIP THAT i ENCOUNTER AND IT BLOWS! THATS WHY I AM WANTING TRAX ALSO..
Ziesel track chair is better
if you got 35,000 euro's and that was years ago pricing. Also a Lamborghini is better than an escort. Do you feel better about yourself now?
@@chrismcilwain6364 you made good point, but I was talking in engineering stand point of view. Ziesel track chair is well built chair, where it gives more freedom to people with disability. I myself choose magic mobility v6 over bounder because if its design flaw
