No. Me and the girl in purple are best friends. She has the same disease as me. The other girl in the green just happened to have meet and greet passes too and they took us all in wheelchairs together to meet them. My friend knew her a little.

You don't need to have a disease to meet them. You can buy VIP tickets to their concerts. That's what I did.
