Heathkit IT 28 Capacitor Checker Restoration Video #2 - Calibration

After thoroughly checking through the capacitor checker looking for defective components to explain the poor operation of the leakage test, I'm left with poor calibration as a possible cause so I complete all the calibration steps to see if that will correct the problem with the leakage test.
