This is a unique way to prepare pork. I'm sure you've never tried this before! This is a great recipe! The meat becomes very soft, like butter! Pork prepared according to this recipe is incredibly juicy and tasty! You will love this bacon meatloaf recipe! My family loves this meat recipe! Bacon 1.5kg.
Marinade:
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Paprika 1 tsp.
Dry garlic 1 tsp.
Ginger 1 tsp.
Chili flakes 0.5 tsp.
soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
I let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
Filling:
Sauerkraut 300 gr.
Sour apple 1 pc.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 90 minutes.
Glaze:
Salt 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Dry garlic 0.5 tsp.
French mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Ketchup 2 tbsp. l.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Garnish:
Potatoes 6 pcs.
Salt to taste.
Cook until fully cooked.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Eggs 6 pcs.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Tomato 1 pc.
Mini mozzarella 6-12 pieces.
At the same time as the meat, I put the potatoes in the oven (200°C) for another 15-20 minutes.
