Just an observation, the stat shards not being random checks out with what I've seen. Instead of being totally random, they can give the min/max values and any 10% increment between. For example, movespeed ranges from 9-18% so you can get 9%, 9.9% (9 + 10% of 9), 10.8% (9 + 20% of 9), 11.7%, and so on. That's why you see something like 15.3% so often, it's a 1/11 chance for any given value of a stat.
I just noticed through you that the values on the statshards are not random. They are just in steps of one tenth of the lower bound value, so there are 11 different values for each shard.
Mr Nidhogg- the stat shards are in 10% increments from 100-200%. Cuz on lethality you got 11.7, 12.6, 14.4, 15.3 which are all .9 apart which equals 10% of base (9-18). So they are 130%, 140%, 160%, and 170% respectively. Also the 2 random stats shard comes in 10% increments aswell.

Probably too much of a high roll to be possible, but a max Don't Blink video would be awesome. Like some AP rammus or heca with like, Don't Blink, Homeguard, With Haste, Wisdom of Ages (for rammus). And some Zilean/Kayle/Yuumi with Wordless Promise, AH build and like Chauffeur or MS/AH augments

It did increase his AD so it seems to go off of the actual "attackspeed" attribute on the champion In total there are 3 components to how league calculates attack speed,that is one of them. it does actualattackspeed = baseattackspeed + attackspeed * attackspeedmodifier Jhin has a modifier of 0 so it does not increase. But arena does not use that full formula here, it only uses the attack speed attribute, so it has the same effect even on champs that have very high attack speed scaling, or in this case, none.
yes, Jhin cannot go above the basic 1AS bonus of lightning strikes, building attack speed items still only increases his AD from his passive and NOT from lightning strikes, unless it was buffed on the pbe lightning strikes is 2.5AD per 0.1AS when he takes it he gets 22AD for 0.85AS 2.5AD*8AS=21.25AD. AS items don't work with lightning strikes

I think people get mad at you for taking haste when you already have a ton of haste, so you'll take a haste rune thats giving you 3% cooldown reduction due to diminishing return
