Yeah, he had the win for sure. A mis like that against Casino Han can result in a loss… That’s what I love about both decks. So many ways to play and mistakes to make, lol.
It’s always fun to watch your SWU gameplay videos! I have 2 questions about the GI deck: 1. Is the Guardian really necessary for all the Force cards? He feels so weak. What about Snowtrooper as replacement? 2. I only have 1 Force Lightning, do you think 2 It binds all things are a decent replacement? Was wondering why it wasn’t in the deck in the first place.
1. I think so, she also synergizes with the upgrades. 2. Binds is a good card. If it’s what you’ve got, I’d absolutely go for it. Force Lightning is just more impactful
Wondering if Fallen Lightsaber is counterproductive to the Inq deck. Takes units out of range of his ability if it's played immediately as Tyler likes to do. Maybe not, though, it's a good card. Fun games!
Yeah I wouldn't run a playset. Keep Fighting has good synergy with the Inquisitor however. Or you can run It Binds All Things to both heal a unit so it can stand up again and also potentially remove something.
I would be curious to look at the GI decklist, because Tyler starts the games by trying to control the opponent's board, but then he doesn't have any removal in the late game, like Vanquish, Palpatine, Power, or Dooku, so I'm wondering if the decklist was created to be hyper-aggro, but is erroneously being played as control?
I'm playing the head designer with the deck tomorrow at pax and I can't wait to see how face when he realizes they can never print another 7 cost card ever.
at 5 45 doing the ping on ur fifth brother to kill 3po is not worth it since r2 d2 can trade u then if u just attack the 4/3 u still have a 5/2 wich he needs 2 attacks or removal for to remove if he cant u kill 3po with the next attack anyways and u do 10 to his base.... need to look bit further to see trade offs that is worth dmg this felt really silly bad value trade
You missed something, at second phase you can not ready Fifth brother if he has a shield, he needs to receive the damage in order to get ready through GI ability.
You can run any card in any deck in this game, you just pay extra for the card if you play it without the aspects on the card being on your leader/base. This Han deck cheats that effect by using U-wing reinforcements to play him for free

It is. I no longer run it. Plus too many Fangs running around in sideboards.

Yes, the card played in this video is Fallen lightsaber though and it is not unique
you distinguish them by the defense. VLS is +1 (like lukes) and fallen is +3

Game 2 at time stamp 2215 once you attacked with GI couldn't you have did dmg to the Scout Bike Pursuer and ready and then attacked that turn and won?
The scout bike has more than 3 power at this moment due to grit, so GI’s ability doesn’t work with him

It was played from U-wing which plays card for free hence no penalties. It's a nice way to cheat some 1 off tech cards for surprise like windu

That’s not how it works. If the damage is blocked by the shield he still readies.
