You can use medium fine ground coffee for a French press. Just don’t push the filter down at the end. Leave it at the very top of the water. Helps prevent stirring up the coffee grounds. Makes for a silky cup of coffee.

I don't even drink coffee, but the Andrew Erika chemistry hooked me all the way to the end. Make moar, please.
I'd be psyched for a whole coffee series, about espresso and milk frothing and stuff. Erica's cool and knowledgable, I love her energy.
I’d suggest watching James Hoffman. While this video is fairly accurate, there are quite a few small errors. James Hoffman is one of the most knowledge people in coffee
Yet uses garbage grinder
I knew it from the thumbnail
I ship them SO HARD
I CAN'T be the only one that noticed the Fraiser theme in the episode!?
The music, the font, the transition fade in!
Brilliant.
"You are the expert of your own flavor dictionary ..." Erika
I love how her name with title “coffee master” pops-up right when she says “you can never be a full master of coffee”
Love your content!!
6:30 Babish has definitely been watching a little Chef Julien Aries Kitchen
"you know how I feel about kosher salt" that's all I needed to hear.
Me: They're cute together.
PROZD: OOOO THEY FFUKKKINNNN!!
Fuwaken!
I love the fact that she dances while babish grinds the beans
Was it just me or it seemed more like a date.
the sexual tension was off the charts
They do have great chemistry. Erika has a boyfriend, though! She’s been very happily dating him since last year. The date-like feel of the video is unfortunately not true to reality.
Aleph Null Dude, quit it. Be respectful. She’s a working professional.
@@Butterfly1025A they're just jokes calm down
I know you're supposed to use a coarse grind on your coffee for use in the french press but I still grind mine fine. Gives me a stronger cup, imo. Also I live at 4500 ft altitude so my water boils at 202F which makes nailing the temperature super convenient :-)
You can use medium fine ground coffee for a French press. Just don’t push the filter down at the end. Leave it at the very top of the water. Helps prevent stirring up the coffee grounds. Makes for a silky cup of coffee.
