And the reality is that they don't get inspired by just speaking the best motivational lines or by someone's high energy motivational videos ...

Dude one suggestion you can put up the audio version of each of your video as a podcast just automate it. downloading the video and scraping the audio and uploading it. It could really help grow your audience. Because the main content you provide is going to be without any change in the audio version.
